The Strength and Conditioning (S&C) program is a structured program, which is to your benefit if you are in this program. To get the most of this structure, our head trainer, David handles all the programming, so whether he is teaching or not, he is still the one who handles the training and structure.
Here are the guidelines to get best results in S&C:
If you are over 35 years of age, you should be training two (2) days in a row, one (1) day off, two (2) days in a row and one (1) day off etc…
If you are under 35 years of age, you should be training three (3) days in a row, one (1) day off, three (3) days on and one (1) day off etc …
STRUCTURE produces predictable results. Random workouts may be entertaining for the moment but they do not produce results. If you have been doing random workouts, you are probably already aware of this fact. Structured workouts however, are designed to produce results. That is the beauty of our S&C program.
If you are not following the structure we apply in the S&C program then you are, effectively coaching yourself. Which defeats the purpose of hiring a coach. In S&C, we are your coach and we are here to COACH YOU!!!
For us coaches, rain or shine we are here, ready to coach you. Because of the new rules with Covid, we are permitted only 8 people on site and the training can only happen outdoors. This applies to personal training as well. So as we mentioned, rain or shine, we are good to go! This offers you an opportunity to use the weather as an excuse not to train. OR you can see this as one of the many detours we have all over the city when driving on your to your destination. When you encounter the detour, assuredly, you simply drive around, but stay focused on your destination. Please do not sure weather as an excuse not to train and stay focused on the above guidelines based on your age group to get the most out of the S&C program.
The classes held on these days will be done outdoors in the parking lot where you will see signs, RESERVED PARKING for Grenier and California Closets.
(If you are joining the in-person class, please park your car on the side or in the back of the building and please note that there is a limit of 8 people per class so we encourage you to reserve in advance)
Mondays and Wednesdays 7AM
Monday to Friday at 12noon
Monday to Thursday at 6PM
Saturdays at 10AM
