THIS workout, from start to finish lasts ONLY 16 mins. When you're tight for time OR you're at home with NO EQUIPMENT, here is an easy routine to do that will HELP you during Covid.

Handle Covid like you handle a detour and if you live in Montréal, YOU KNOW what I mean. You simple find another way to get to your destination...you DO NOT easily give in or give up.

So this routine is a GREAT fill in for those times in need. And WE ALL NEED to take care of ourselves...NO ONE else will.
