Becoming Fitter requires a structure that incorporates all 5 categories in physical fitness:  Cardio - Gymnastique - Haltérophilie - Yoga et nutrition.
We know statistically that when someone attempts to become fitter following only one of the above categories, the rate of success is a mere 1% with the exception of nutrition, which elevates to 9%. But even with that little jump, a 9% success rate is nothing to brag about. Currently, with our combined programming over the past 34 years, we have helped over 43,000 people in Montréal successfully become fitter and rest assured, becoming fitter requires structure!
