Prior to Class:

  • Try to be on time. All classes will start on time. (***New students
    please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first class.)
  • When you sign in please register at the front desk.
  • Please drink plenty of water throughout the day, before coming to
    class.
  • If you have any medical conditions and/or any injuries please advise
    the instructor.
  • Do not enter the studio with any foot wear. Please have clean feet
    and be free of perfume/cologne.
  • If you are unsure of any movements feel free to ask the instructor
    for help and clarification.

After Class:

  • Enjoy the peace and energy you are taking with you from class,
    and make the commitment to come back tomorrow!

 

During Class:

  • Classes vary in duration - Try to complete the whole class but if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, feel free to step out for a while. Should you step out, please do so in between postures. Act accordingly upon your return.
  • Feel free to drink water during any break.
  • We encourage the more experienced students to practice in the front row as this will help the newer students to follow along.
