Prior to Class:
- Try to be on time. All classes will start on time. (***New students
please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first class.)
- When you sign in please register at the front desk.
- Please drink plenty of water throughout the day, before coming to
class.
- If you have any medical conditions and/or any injuries please advise
the instructor.
- Do not enter the studio with any foot wear. Please have clean feet
and be free of perfume/cologne.
- If you are unsure of any movements feel free to ask the instructor
for help and clarification.
After Class:
- Enjoy the peace and energy you are taking with you from class,
and make the commitment to come back tomorrow!

During Class:
- Classes vary in duration - Try to complete the whole class but if you feel
uncomfortable for any reason, feel free to step out for a while. Should you
step out, please do so in between postures. Act accordingly upon your return.
- Feel free to drink water during any break.
- We encourage the more experienced students to practice in the front row as
this will help the newer students to follow along.
