For the strength portion all of the above should be done as follows;
Decide what is the most weight you think you can lift for each exercise;
Then do;
50% of your daily max for 10 reps; active rest for 60 sec
Repeat the above weight and reps for a second set, active rest for 90 sec.
On the third set lift 75% of your daily maximum for 7 reps, active rest for 2 min
Finally, on the last set, lift 100% of your daily max for 4 reps.
Active rest for 60 sec and move on to the next exercise

What’s so different about my approach?

There are 3 elements that you NEED to
successfully transform your body;

Cardiovascular Exercise; But only a moderate amount. Too much will hamper your goals.
Too little is ineffective AND how you perform
your cardio makes all the difference! You will
learn how to maximize your results
with knowledge.

An Eating Plan; One that supports your overall goal and most importantly
supports the different stages of exercise you go through. When you are in a
exercise stage that is intended to accelerate your muscle metabolism but your
are not eating in a way to support that stage, you will go nowhere fast! When
you are in a fat loss stage of exercise but are not eating in a way that supports
that stage, again you will go nowhere fast. The beauty of my program is
throughout the program I still make allowances for you to enjoy a cheat meal
once a week! Yum...

A Concern for Muscle; Muscle is the single most important entity in your
body responsible for burning off fat...You need to go through various stages
to accelerate your muscle metabolism.

I will guide you through changes that will take off the pounds, and will keep
your weight down next year, and every year that follows

Lets face it, many of you have tried losing weight, some have succeeded
but most never put much thought into what you were losing. When you lose
weight are you losing muscle? Fat? Glycogen? Water? You don't know,
but in all likelihood you are losing a lot of muscle along with some fat. Which
is why it becomes increasingly difficult to keep the weight off. You need
muscle to lose fat. When you look at yourself in the mirror and want to see
a firmer body...what do you think makes your body firmer? Muscle! Losing
muscle is not an option. I will show you how to lose fat!

 

I’ve developed a program based on decades of experience helping thousands of people lose weight and get in shape. Here are the nuts-and-bolts of the
program, which is divided into four phases.

Adaptation: This phase is what the name implies, adapting to a new lifestyle. In this phase you will learn how you have been manipulating your hormones to give your body the look it currently has. You will continue to manipulate your hormones except, you will learn to manipulate them to achieve your desirable look. Many of your food cravings are a direct physiological result of how and what you eat. Equally, in the stage of adaptation you will teach your muscles to wake up!!

Muscle Metabolism: In this phase, you will learn how to accelerate your muscle metabolism. You strength and energy will go through the roof! You will have leaned what, how and when to eat to fuel the accelerated muscle metabolism which will prepare you for accelerated fat loss. By the time you reach this stage (approx. 2 weeks from starting) you will have your food cravings under control. YES...you will :-)

Endurance:  Your exercise plan changes continue to accelerate your muscle metabolism and fat loss. You eating plan changes to support what your body is going through during this stage. 

Fat Loss: This is the phase most would like to just jump right in to...The problem is, you need to have the foundation in place to take advantage of the Fat Loss phase. Once again your exercise plan and eating plan change to support each other.
