However, we have a staggering 94% rejection rate of trainers that apply for a position with us…why?
Week-end certification courses produce wannabe trainers that just do not meet the standards Siscoe has built up over
the past 28 years. Can you honestly believe after a week-end course, you would have the knowledge to train people
and to earn a living in this business?? Seriously?
You could always apply for a job with one of the chains. There are many low-end chains that charge low-end fees for
low-end services, which means low-end earnings for you…the trainer.
But, that is all in relation to the caliber of trainers they typically hire.
There are several week-end certification courses out there but not one of them could possibly prepare you on a
professional level to perform all the necessary duties as a professional fitness coach. I have been an invited guest
over the years to speak at many of these certification courses and I can assure you…NOT ONE of the participants…
the wannabe trainers, felt they had garnered the knowledge on HOW to correctly train clients…let alone HOW to get
and keep clients after a week-end course!
IF you think taking ANY week-end certification will adequately prepare you to be a professional in the field as a fitness
coach, you think wrong…and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
The certification courses are a business unto themselves…I know several of the certification course organizers and they
are constantly pressured by the organization they work for to push as many people as possible through their courses,
for one simple reason; at the cost of approximately $1,000.00 for a one week-end course, with 40-50 participants PER
week-end…well, you do the math!! We’re talking BIG money.
Notwithstanding, it is an option…and the options are sadly…limited.
It is for this very reason that SISCOEGYM is now offering a 10 week hands-on certification program.
This is not a week-end quickie, this teacher training program WILL give you the complete know-how on;
How to effectively communicate with your potential prospects.
How to know within 30 seconds IF you have a serious prospect or not.
How to assess your clients.
How to read the assessment and produce a blue-print plan of attack.
How to program and understand programming.
Learn why some clients have to be dumped at the assessment even if they want to pay you!
Find out how to make referrals happen, instead of wishing they would.
You will exercise protocols that utilize the muscular system; the skeletal system and the nervous system.
You will learn how to get and keep clients.
You will learn how to train your clients to refer you an ongoing stream of clients.
You WILL LEARN how to earn six figures in a career you love to work in.

While week-end certification will run you $1,000.00 for little in return, the SISCOE Teacher Training Program costs
only $4,000.00 for the full 10 week course!
Do the math: Week-end certification (2 days) = $500 – $1,000 (not including travel and lodging if needed)
You get 10 weeks of learning + 6 months internship of learning EVERY aspect of fitness training and the business of fitness training…all the while with the possibility to earn $$$ while you learn, which would help off-set the course fees! This course will pay for itself in no time!
