Getting Started with Boot Camp

To get started in the SISCOEFIT Boot Camp Program you must complete the Basic Elements Course. At SISCOEFIT, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you’re part of the SISCOEFIT Community before you start your first group class.  Coached by a SISCOEFIT Coach, and delivered in small group sessions, SISCOEFIT Basic Elements Course is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.

Attendance in our Basic Elements Course is a pre-requisite to joining SISCOEFIT Boot Camp Program. This program includes three 60-min classes. In each session, you will be taught several movements, develop skills in that movement, and perform a WOD (work out of the day) utilizing the skills you have learned. We will also provide you with feedback on how to track training progress and your nutrition.

Cost for the program: $160.

Elements Special:
Sign up for Elements with a Friend save $30!
$130 (per person) if you bring one friend for all 3 sessions!

Sign up with 2 friends save $70!
$90 (per person) if you bring two friends for all 3 sessions!

If you come with a friend or two, it’s not required that you attend the same sessions.
SISCOEGYM Basic Elements Course starts the first and the third Monday’s of each month.

What you’ll learn in each session:

Session 1

  • Squats: air squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat
  • Push-up
  • Pull-up and Kipping pull-up
  • Rowing with the Concept II rower
  • Short Boot Camp workouts so you can see what it’s like!

Session 2

  • Deadlift
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk

Session 3

  • Medicine ball clean
  • Barbell clean
  • Ring body-row
  • Ring dip
  • Snatch progression
  • Snatch
